Also, might I recommend looking into using the rubber covered closet shelving that is cheap and easy to install on vertical tracks. You get good use of vertical space this way, can hang your florescent lights from the shelf above each one, and can adjust them each year as you 'adjust' what you will be doing to suit your changing ideas. I have shelves that go almost to the ceiling. These are used for storage for things I don't need most of the time, like seed trays that are used only in the early spring. Here's a photo from last year. You can see the kind of shelving I'm talking about. I buy it at Lowe's. The word 'greenhouse' is not used in the marketing of it, so it's less expensive.
