Hello everyone from Australia. We are getting 100 plus degree days at the moment and the Eastern States are getting lots of storms and rain. One place, Coffs Harbour had 94mm in one night, that's nearly 4inches. I live in Sth Australia in the driest state in the driest continent. We had 28mm of rain last week which was very nice after such a long time without rain. I have a very mixed garden. A lot of cacti and succulents but I have a shadehouse which has a lot of Bromeliads. I have quite a few Brugsmansias. We are way behind in the breeding of them over here and they are a bit of a novelty at the moment. I have Geraniums and pelargoniums and lots of other plants like Mandevillas and Irises and lots of fruit trees. It's amazing the contrast in our weather and until I joined DG didn't realise just how different our countries are. It's been lovely reading about what everyone has been up to. Will be back later.
