Here's apic of an injured eagle that was on display at Bsuch Gardens. We went there last July. It was awesome, even just sitting on a perch!!

Sallyg--that is squirrel fat. DH took the picture and another one where the food chain connection neets. I didn't want to post that one. The hawk zeroed in so quickly and he ran to get the camera. Stormy--I didn't see the action as I was upstairs getting read for the trip. The hawk carried off the squirrel. Their take-offs are as lightning speed as their dives.
