I know the flower colour of H. golamcoana is different but there's often a lot of variation of colour within the same species. That's probably why this was labelled "Los Banos". I've never found photos of H. golamcoana "Los Banos" to either prove or disprove what it is, nor has anyone else. So I've made an "Executive Decision" that it is.

It seems to do well despite heavy rain. "Kapit Borneo" loses its buds in rain. The H. walliana lost its peduncles in heavy rain. H. Pubicalyx seems too afraid to show a bud in the rain. But "Los Banos" just soldiers on right through the thick of it, fragrance and all.
