I went out to check my rain gauge. I was so disappointed to discover that it had somehow been turned sideways. I'm going to have to secure it better. Anyway, even sideways, it still had a tenth of an inch of water in it.
We also have a new lake. Hope to get photos of it tomorrow. LOL! You know I'll be out there making a drainage channel and bridge. I'll dress warm and wear the rainsuit and my wellies.
I don't mind the rain, but the cold really hurts.
Wanted to send you all a photo to cheer you up. This is a red penta out in the gh, I took this photo the other day, but I really like it. Would have shared it then but was unable to log on to DG.
