Bulbs: Allium bulbs starting to sprout, 1 by dita48

Last summer, I dug up some Allium bulbs from a friend's garden to transplant into my own. I put them in a small plastic pot on a shelf and forgot about them, ie didn't get them in the ground in the fall. They're in the sunroom, which is cold now, but not below freezing. I noticed the other day that the few on top have started to sprout.

What do I do? How should I store them? Can they be planted early early spring??
