I'm wondering if those areas are open for people to get to? I think I'll have to find some real Oregon rock hounds and see if I can get more details on actual locations to check out.

We live closer to the coast here in Oregon and so far I have only collected rocks on the ocean beaches, I think the desert areas have the more beautiful Thunder eggs. Will have to start researching...
