I bought a Dremel for the milk jug holes - oh my - it's amazing! I just did about 40 cartons in no time - drilling holes on the top, bottom and then for the twist ties. I even used it to slice between the twist tie holes so I can use the utility knife to cut through back to the handles.

And best news, doggie toenails with a Dremel, woohoooo! Here's my Buddy.
