Thanks for the tip on Mt. Washington, another place is Lord Hill Quarry in Maine. It's a nice hike, has a beautiful view of Horseshoe Pond and lots of different minerals. BUT...watch out for the Northern Rattlers. DH won't take me there anymore because of them. LOL
