I have an off the wall question regarding collectables... I have a framed Dennis the Menace Comic...it is not straight out of the Newspaper, it is some type of pre-print proof with numbers and lines indicating which areas should be what color etc. It is dated 8-7-83. Any idea who I would contact to find out about this item and it's value, if any? It is a piece I rescued from Doris' Garage Sale...
