Morning Glories: Unknown variegated heart shape leaf, 1 by gardener2005

I think this is a definite Japanese Morning Glory that has a Japanese name but I need a Japanese person to tell me what this is. The seeds I work with on this one can throw both solid purple,rayed purple and rayed purple blizzard so far. I`m still growing out the solids and blizzards seperately and seeing if I can get more blizzards that will not throw solids in the seeds. The oval leaves breed true to self.
