Here's a pic of a Chipping Sparrow I took this summer in Custer County, Ne.
For me, it's when these 2 Sparrows put on their fall/winter plumage that I really start getting confused IDing them...almost as bad as distinguishing Sharp-Shinned and Cooper's Hawks...especially when they are immature...makes my head hurt...LOL
