Edited to say, Georgia is my least favorite among collards, and I have grown a lot of cultivars that are better. After the cabbage collards, Green Glaze is my next best. Among the hybrids, Blue Max and Flash have good flavor, but all the others are better than Georgia. Finally got seeds for Bulldog this year, but too late to plant them.
