Sarv I thought with Dahlias you have to wait to dig them until they are completely black (stem and all) & mushy from hard frosts.
Mine still have green stems...well maybe not this morning. HA!
I only have 2 large ones but I really like them and want to get more.
How do you store yours during the winter.

He's a friend of mine from up by Traverse City and
grows over 2000 Dahlias!
He sometimes speaks at garden clubs.
I can't imagine dealing with that many tubers 2 x annually!
I didn't know you were into Dahlias.
