Bear with me---I will put you onemy "watch" list and send you a couple leaves....
I usually root them in water---just like AV's....Then pot them up in 4"-5" pots in fluffy potting mix. BUT--They may also root just as easily in a potting mix.

It takes a while---but soon you will see new little leaflets coming up. Once they do this--you are on your way!

I have had this plant also for many years. Right now--it is still outside--and LUSH beyond description.
When I bring it inside--it will, slowly, yellow out most of the large, lush leaves and I will have to pull them off.
I think it just needs good light (NOT direct sun!) and a lot of humidity. The outside sure provides this.....BUT--even inside--it will son acclimatize and grow well.

I KNOW I have better pictures!!!! Just don't feel like sifting through all my Picture Folders to find them....

Hang in there! One day you will get a package and be surprised!

I have always wanted to ask you----WHAT is your "one wish"?????

Here--this is a bit better.....It is called (probably) "Beefsteak" because the bottoms of the leaves are EXACTLY the color of raw meat.....
