Hi all. Here is my siberian/JI/peony garden that some of you saw at my RU. It's mostly a display garden of pollyk's irises. I have 4 of her Borglum sib intros percolating there.
I have a standup tool for bulbs and usually can dig hole with it. You dig it in like a shovel (cylinder shape on bottom ), pull it out, put the bulbs in, and it has places to step on that release the plug back in the hole. I have never seen another like it and can hardly remember where it came from. But because I hand desodded the gardens, I can use it. Prolly in 10 years there will be too many rocks since they reproduce and head for the surface just like Japanese beetles.
