Well we went to a adoption event on sept. 26th. It was with the SPCA.We got a new dog. Her name is Gracie we are really liking having her around!!! She is a Plott hound mix. I know we never heard of them either! They originated from North Carolina the Plott family breed them for there family exclusively in the late 1700's. Mix of a bloodhound and a curs. She has the hound howl. And the nose to the ground at all times.. We are pretty happy with her. She has a hip surgery and still doesn't use the back leg all the time. But I will walk her a nd build up the muscle she is a very loving girl. She really does not like the cats that are in the house. That really could be a problem. Pepper is 16 and she wants the dog to leave him alone. Oreo is just hiding all the time and growling. Have been trying the submissive position and making Gace be very still. She is 1 and a half. I will keep truing believe me. Ronna
