I am going to be digging up mounds of Mexican petunias (Ruellia Katie blue) http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/133838/ . If you would like some, I'll just bring a whole mound and when divided, it will make probably 15 different mounds to plant. I used them that way in September 2008, about 30 plants, just to fill in blank spaces in our new beds and now will be taking a lot of them out because I want more variety of plants. They thrive in poor soil, sun or shade, hot and dry.
