I do not play with the pictures except to gently lighten up or provide a little contrast, using Microsoft Picture Manager. I also crop the picture to correct the layout of the image. Since I made the big step of keeping myself in manual mode, I have figured out how to get an image that requires little adjustment. This is difficult to do, however, in lowlight situations as we MG fanatics work in with our flower subjects.

I will try to pick up a Nikon camera body (D80 if possible) to use with a nice Nikkor macro lens I still have from film camera days. Maybe some day the price will come down. hahahahaha dream on.
