I found this by the old shed after the rain and have no recollection of it growing in there before nor remembering planting it.
What's strange about it is - there no leaves or a crown. It's just a stalk with the flowers on top popping from the ground with no leaves at all. The stalk is about 3 feet high. The flowers are pale lavender - almost semi-transparent with bluish tips.

I'm thinking it came from a bulb but have no idea what it is. Maybe it's a weed, but it sure is pretty.
