Thanks. We've been wanting to put something around the flagpole for years but it was difficult because it is on a slope and hard, miserable clay, so had to avoid the "clay pot" effect and also didn't want something that had to be kept moist because it has to be watered with a hose. Our first experiment with the red grass and didn't know how well it could take a rather harsh environment. Been very pleasantly surprised.

Does anyone know if the red grass is truly winter hardy here? Supposedly okay to 10 degrees.
