Beginner Gardening: What's going on with my Clivia?, 1 by goofybulb

I guess it's about a month or so when the first blotch appeared on this leaf. I admit I didn't pay enough attention to it, I thought it's because of the light (hubby moved the plant in a spot where my Clivia started to have a bout 1 hour of late afternoon sun, before sunset).

However, things continued to evolve, though still confined to only this leaf. Yesterday I decided to cut the leaf into normal tissue, but I still don't know what it was, or if I should do anything special for/to my Clivia.

Here's a photograph of the removed leaf segment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
