Hibiscus: I need some help with an ID for this Hibiscus , 1 by bsgardens

This won't stop blooming ... :D ITs not variegated thats another type of hibiscus in the back ground...
The Flower is pure white with a red center. The leaves are dark green.
If anyone can help with its scientific name I'd sooooooo appreciate it :D
