I've never grown one from seed. This was a tiny plant that I actually purchased a couple of years ago. One of my rare purchases vs. growing plants from seeds. I hang my head in shame that I actually spent money to purchase it, but is was worth it. This is a great bush and very drought tolerant! And the hummers like the blooms! :-) Many good attributes!
