Hibiscus: Pinching buds off small, young plants, 1 by guamsorbit

My poor Dark Nebula is a tiny thing as you can tell from the photo, it is all bloom; the 6" stick of a plant is hidden by the flower. She has another bud on her and I guess I should pinch it off so she can put her energies into growing instead of flowering. But, at what point is it okay to let these gals go to town?
