I can't wait until the heat wave of summer arrives. Then the flowers should bolt. edit to also say: Most fertilizers, especially slow release will not work well if the ambient temperature is below 20ºC or 68ºF. Not sure what your weather has been there, but it's is disappointing here with the unseasonably cold temps.
