Beginner Gardening: Help! My veggies are dying, 1 by olensmallies

The attached picture shows (from top left, clockwise): habanero, canteloupe, beet, pole bean and zucchini. Does anyone know what could be causing this and what the solutions are?

The only thing I can think of is that a neighbor was spraying weed killer in their patio about ten days ago and this could be the result of drift...

Suggestions/solutions?
