I bought Pass The Wine last year, Celeste, which is not blooming this year. So, I am glad you posted yours! I tend to like darker, or bluer flowers, anyway.

Anyone have any idea what this is being overpowered by my Aruncus dioicus?

It's kind of hard to see to the left of the Aruncus, but it is another kind of "goat's beard," which looks like astilbe, but isn't .... gets maybe 4 foot tall or more.
