I'd worked 5 years on my gardens and loved my house and pond, but walked away and left it. It's been a lot of work, but I've built gardens here over the past three years. They're not as pretty, but it's a joy for me to at least have them. I still grieve over my lost garden sometimes, but we've survived, and I'd give them up again if necessary. God is good, even if we can't always understand.
