Let me see if I can find a picture of how big I let mine get.........before I separate and when I do separate I keep them domed with the vent open on the top for at least several weeks if not longer.......

Maybe someone else will chime in as there are so many ways............

I can't find a picture but here are some I just potted up.........look at the two big ones in the 2 1/4" pots......I forgot about them......they really can't get too big with their mother leaf.........if you have the space......I wished I had waited longer on some of these.

****edited to say that the brown stuff is Seaweed kelp........hope I didn't kill them.........it was pretty strong!! Just did it today and also used it in all my containers with strep leaves and av leaves, but yours look mighty healthy..................
