nutsfordaylily wrote: Gorgeous pics, as usual, everyone! Victor, speaking of magic shoehorns, I use one of those myself. I was at my friend Karen's house the other day and was commenting on how much space she had between plants in some areas of her gardens. I told her she should fill it in with more plants. LOL! Abbyday, I especially liked some of your pics. You got good shots and I like the combos you did. Meredith, I think that yellow-green weed is a type of spurge (aka Lady's Mantle; Euphorbia). I have it, too, and it does spread around. Break a piece off. If it has milky sap, then that's what it is. Allison, I think I just bought that apricot colored azalea you posted a picture of. I don't remember the name. The one I bought is very fragrant. I just love it! I got a good sized one for just $20 at a local nursery. OMG!!!! Celeste, that Forever Blue dwarf iris is gorgeous! I gotta get me one of those! And I love the 'Big Bird' magnolia, too! The pics of the apple blossoms and the oriole are great. I just love apple blossoms. Mona, I love your hummer shots! Shelly, the pic of the blue butterfly is wonderful, and the close-up of the white iris is fantastic! You should enter those in the contest. Dyane, I love your iris 'Dude' and also 'Puddy Tat'. Very nice! I love your shots taken at the Japanese gardens. Here are a few pics from my place. Karen My pond, which I'm still cleaning out. |
