I have this pretty little Asiatic - there are three blooms open and all three seem to have gone towards a slightly "double" form. Tag says "Grand Cru" but the coloring in the centers of these is much lighter and GC is a single-flowered form. Got this at another end-of-season Brent and Becky sale last year, so not sure what's going on here! :-) Still look nice however.

Probably shouldn't have planted in my mostly-shady hosta bed but this area does get sun through part of April and a little in the mornings. Does not seem to have impeded their ability to flower.
