Hi all!! I won't bore everyone with individual responses to all of the lovely "welcome home" messages above, but I sure do appreciate every one of them!! You guys really know how to make the heart feel warm and fuzzy. Thank you so much!

Victor - yes, the falls are in Georgia, and well worth the trip to that area of north Ga. and western NC. Harper - our intent was to hit as many waterfalls as we could find in the area, and it was such a lovely way to go!! Route 441 in north Ga. and NC is a great waterfall route.

Flowerjen - have you been to Toccoa or Tallulah Falls??? That's a very pretty area your parents live in!!

Carrie - We feel so fortunate to have such neat locations to spend our year in, so it is somewhat like you mentioned.....Hank is defintely ready to return to each location when the seasons change, and I do love it when we get there, but I'm not as natural a snowbird as he is. I want to take way too much with us each way - including my plant babies. I guess I'd confess to being a cumbersome aspect of our journey, but Hank is so so patient with me. LOL I guess I'd have to agree with Phoebe though....in many ways, we are so forturnate to have it "made in the shade." But - it does take a bit of effort to make it work. Without my computer lists and notes on all of the services to connect/disconnect, I'd be sunk!!! It's actually pretty fortuitous that each of us grew up in these great places and it's so much fun to share that with each other. I must admit though that New England is my emotional home in so many ways, even though I was in my early 30s when I landed here.

Weez - yes, I am happy that the sunshine followed us back!! Enjoy!! LOL

Here's another waterfall we happened across on our morning walk in the Smokies. That's me taking a break to soak up the nature.
