ghopson427 wrote: It came from a garden in Denver, Colorado. It has six legs, no antenna, two large wings and two very small wings. It's got a tan body with black specs on it and a brown head, with a small dot of tan before the mouth starts. Head bends down from body at a sharp angle of about 75 degrees or greater. Legs are covered in fuzz. It can fly. Its about 5/8 inch to 3/4 inch long, about the same as a dime. Have never seen these in my garden before. I grow giant pumpkins and I am worried about my young plants being eaten. Thanks in advance for any help! |
