Lourdes: Wowsers! I agree with everyone, that serpens is Amazing! I'm among the serpens killers ... had a small one but it didn't last long. My compacta has more blooms open today. I have a question about H. compacta and krinkle 8. I have both. I got the H. compacta about 1 1/2 years ago and all the leaves were real twisted as compacta usually is. Now all of a sudden it seems like a lot of the stems have leaves that aren't twisted so much, more like krinkle 8. Is that normal? I know some types of plants revert back to the "mom" plant as they age. I get so confused with these things ... I see in PF that compacta is also known as krinkle kurl, hindu rope, indian rope etc. I think I will just continue to call this one H. compacta (unless someone ID's it differently. I was getting mixed up with Krinkle Kurl and Krinkle 8. ... it hurts my brain with all these different names, LOL. |
