Becky, I wish we had salt water here.. that would mean I was by an ocean.. *sigh* however the beach area I referr to is what we in kansas call a "Sand Pit"" LOL it was a really nice commuinty of mobile homes around this man made lake, and for years I used to go frolic in the water, and float around with a coctail in hand.. 8 years ago, a huge tornadoe totaled out that community.. wiped it clean, and now it is a barren area, with new homes sprinkled about.. my son being one of those new home owners.. he texted me that he got a sunburn fishing today while catching catfish and bass.. I will probably start decorating and creating his oasis this weekend.. a nice clean pallette to paint on! ( with flowers and plants and stuff) I love those clematis.. there is a lady down the street her blooms are pale lavender the size of dinner plates.. I envy those.. my clematis went with the tree last year. Those caladiums are so exqusite.. I would put a brilliant green or a dark burgandy with them if I had them..
