Bulbs: Double Tulip, 1 by edyhill

I was so surprised by my tulips--all the "white" tulips (see first two posts) had turned pink! They had been open for several days and all ten had been white with a little green. Now they are all pink. I have never seen tulips change color like this--I couldn't believe my eyes when I first saw them. Is this unusual or is it just that I never happened to have a variety that did this?
