Its a Popcorn Acacia or Cassia Senna (I think). Not "blue" for sure.
Big clusters of 1 inch yellow flowers... turn to seed pods (now)
I grew 6 "trees" from seed from a friend. Mine are about 3-4 feet tall and just growing new limbs.
Apparently it grows to about 15 feet which is what I'm looking for...... grows a nice canopy.

.. I covet a Golden Shower Tree .... loves heat. But, we have horrid freeze in winters sometimes and Golden Shower can't sustain. This is the next best thing.. I guess.
