Here's a couple more to end the month. I planted tulips for maybe a year or two, and then got tired of having to buy new bulbs every year. I even tried a few types that is supposed to naturalize easily but they died on me. I know that it is possible to grow them because I see some lovely clumps in some Sacramento yards. I just don't have the right touch for that. However, a few of the bulbs that I planted about 15 years ago do come back yearly with my leaving it in the ground and not doing anything.
