I also like the idea of birch trees, as the garden is something of a Moon Garden, with Japanese painted ferns, pulmonaria, all those white lilies...I saw the most beautiful small grove of birch trees in an open garden last year; he called them Himalayan Birch. I will have a lot of plants to move. |
