He's the one who came over and got Dave all worried that he might try to break into our house at night when I'm home and he's at work. I got nosy and went out on the front porch to listen. She was screaming "I don't give a F^*% about you, just Get OUT NOW! My house is foreclosing and You have to leave!" She must have said that about 10 times and I heard a car door shut, so I ran back into the house. Looked out the front window and it was the Land Lord yelling at the man! OMG! So I texted my next door neighbor (the wife), and went out to weed. Next thing I know my next door neighbor's home and comes over to talk to me. We ended up doing a lot of work together on this Pompous Grass on the property line. It's supposed to be cleaned out every year, but hasn't been done in at least 4 years, here's the picture from last August.
