I was helping a friend out last week, which started a couple days being away from the computer, then the flu hit me like someone shoving me off the cliff..I was down hard for 3 days in bed...not much gets me down like that..but whew...nasty..and then today, as fast it put me down, is as fast as I'm recovering...I know that this humid weather is definately helping!
