All this talk of food and stuff has inspired me to cook something. We have covered breakfast and dinner.....one of my favorites, however, is something that we got from Terri's part of the world - afternoon tea. We now have a couple of shops that serve afternoon tea, along with pastries and finger sandwiches. One place even has an assortment of hats that you can choose from to wear while you sip your tea. When I went with my daughters last year, I tasted lemon curd and was hooked. It was wonderful on everything. So, I whipped up a batch for us. Now, if someone will bake some scones, we would be all set.
