That is a great story Gardner! And what a landmark to know when you're home. And depending on which route one would take when traveling there... you might be able to see "home" 4 hours before you get there. That pool would be so great there in the summer. What a picture too!!

Thanks Rachel!!

Katie, google earth doesn't have the really defined maps to zoom in real close to the area where I am at yet. You can tell that there's a house there, but that's about it. Then there's 150 yr. old trees that will obstruct a view of 2/3 of the property anyhow. However, when I'm at work (google earth is already on the computers there) on Sat. I'll see if I can get a good close up of the place that I landscape at, link it. It's not a really large area, 1/2 acre maybe. It will always be a work in progress there for a quite a few years. They knew that they wanted to put up a large initial investment when they decided to landscape the area, but then they had a priority list of things to be done when there is time and/or money. I also do the upkeep of it (thank goodness they don't have a lawn!!!) weeding, Stupid Deer spraying, deer fencing around stuff, pruning, etc. Their deer are so tame that they can be taking a nap right next to the driveway and wont budge when the vehicles go just feet away from them. They eat everything. They have row of lavender and rosemary that lines the driveway that's absolutely beautiful about 2 months out of the year that the deer forget about it.
