You're welcome ladies. In answer to your question Shelly, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!:-)
Even our DD that lives in Vancouver now never gets tired of seeing them when they come to visit. She said the last time they moved back from Kentucky (they lived there 3 times, our little gyspy family LOL) when they got to the point where they could see the Cascade Range she knew she was "HOME". We had no idea they were moving back. She called me at about 4:30 one Aug afternoon in '05 and told me that UPS was going to deliver a package at 5:00, she said she had requested they deliver it at that time. So I went out about 4:45, opened the gate, came back in to finish my dinner and wait. I heard what I thought was the UPS truck come in the driveway and went to the door. Well, it wasn't UPS that drove in the driveway it was THEM! They had lived in KY for 4 yrs and DH and I missed them desperately! I yelled to DH that it was the kids and went running out and literally GRABBED DD! The GK's were next (the oldest GD and I fell over laughing all the way down). You know how you see reunions on TV with tears of joy? Well that was ME!
Here's a pic of the GK's while they and DD stayed with us during the summer of '07 while our SIL was working in and looking for a house in Vancouver. Those kids had an ABSOLUTE BALL in that make-shift pool. It was our 8' stock tank and it was PERFECT! They played in there from sunup to sundown. They moved the latter part of Aug so the GK's wouldn't miss any school. They came back to get some more of their stuff in Sept. and the youngest GD (she's the one splashing the oldest GD) was upset cause we had taken the "pool" away (it was 50 degrees out but she didn't care).
Well, now that I've monopolized this thread for a while I guess I'd better get off here! LOL!
