#2 Cedar Waxwings had been the # 1 wish for my life list. This was the only time I’ve ever seen them and I almost missed it! Mr. Thrasher was eating the grape jelly and then flew up to Mrs. Thrasher or a big baby and fed her a bit of the jelly so I kept my camera trained on them for a few minutes hoping for a shot of the feeding. When they separated I lowered my camera and my jaw dropped at the sight just a few feet above. Got four clicks of the shutter and then they were off, flying south. A very happy day.
