Hi, all! I've enjoyed lurking on the thread but until this week I didn't have my camera up and running so I couldn't post (not that I have anything interesting coming to my feeders this winter~~I don't really understand that, but oh,well...).

So I wanted to post a photo of our little holiday bird feeder set up we can see from the breakfast table.

We received the big copper sunflower hearts feeder from my BIL & SIL for Christmas. It's a very nice feeder (much grander than anything we would buy for ourselves) but it seems like just the finches like to feed from it.

I found the little gnomies at Harbor Freight for like $6. for the 3 of them on clearance just before Christmas, so I decided to use them for a little 'holiday' scene. Sometimes I can get up to a dozen red cardinals feeding from the bird table or the other feeders and it makes quite a jolly picture while we eat breakfast. Of course, everything flew away when I tried to take this pic! My best to all, t.
