I don't know if it'd be cold tolerant for you that far north. Mine is in ground and only gets the tips singed in a freeze. The fountain beside it is constantly loosing water from wind blowing, so the ground stays moist there. I've had several others, but this one has done the best because of the water. (okay, I'm a nut, I confused antiqueroses location with yours. The cold tolerance shouldn't be a problem for you.)
