I pretty much have to know the botanical names of all my plants, but find most customers prefer that I use the common name. It must have been one of those days when I was working out in the sun too much, that I spurted off the name of a plant to a customer, “Nepeta Walker’s Low” and then said “Catmint”, and she said oh “Catnip”, and I said Catmint, she was sure it was Catnip, then I was confused for a moment ---LOL

Would be great to meet some fellow California DG members, haven’t noticed any RU in this upper part of Calif.?
