The nursery's that stay open year around likely already have them. However they are really more at the height of their bloom time in mid feb. But, of course if you want to choose one that's likely to be the earliest bloomer, now is a good time. Helleborus niger, is reliably blooming about now. However, it only comes in white. There are some hybrids that generally bloom earlier than others, but you usually have to see them in person to pick one that is clearly coming up before the others.
